This strategy will be augmented by a marketing and annual action plan to facilitate the execution of our strategic vision and goals.

The strategy comprised three core strands: Technology, Knowledge, Advocacy and Alliances.
The strategy focused on developing the OPF reference toolset and roadmaps for the open source digital preservation tools under its stewardship.
